Scanquil is designed to be private. Your scanned documents, pages and generated PDFs are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
The app requests camera access to scan documents and photo-library access to import existing images. These are used solely to create your documents on-device and are not transmitted elsewhere.
When you choose “Save”, the app writes a PDF to your device’s Downloads folder at your request. It does not read or collect other files on your device.
Scanquil is free and supported by ads. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. On supported platforms you are asked for tracking permission before personalized ads are requested.
Deleting a document removes its files from your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
Scanquil is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
